Call (775) 962-1302Where can I request pricing for your buildings and/or a brochure with details of your products?
Please use our online brochure request form. Once you enter your zip code and some limited contact information, a brochure with pricing for your area will be sent to you automatically.
Is FREE delivery available for areas further than a 30-mile radius?
FREE delivery is only available within 30 miles of our Alamo lot (extended to 50 miles in some areas of the Southwest). Any distance beyond the free delivery radius is subject to an additional charge per mile.
Does Lincoln County Buildings grade the ground, pour foundations, or otherwise prepare the site for delivery?
No, we don't offer grading or foundation services. Buildings are set up on wood shims (included free) or concrete blocks that either the purchaser provides, or the delivery driver provides at an additional charge.
Does Lincoln County Buildings offer build-on-site?
Yes, build-on-site is available in many areas. The customer is responsible for paint, stain, or sealing after construction.
How long are delivery lead times?
In-stock buildings typically deliver in 1–2 weeks. Custom orders typically take 4–6 weeks, weather permitting.
Where can I find shed color codes and custom colors?
Our standard colors are pulled from the Sherwin-Williams A100 base library. You can also browse and search custom colors using our online 3D Builder.
Does Lincoln County Buildings ever offer a reduction in prices?
Yes — we offer varying deals and discounts throughout the year. Call us at (775) 962-1302 to ask about current offers.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes. An active military ID is required, and the discount applies to new buildings only.
Can you convert my shed into a tiny home?
No — our buildings are not intended as living space. We recommend working with a licensed contractor for residential conversions.
Do you offer interior finishings like electrical, plumbing, insulation, or drywall?
No. We recommend an experienced local contractor for interior finish work — improper modifications can void your warranty.
Do you sell non-assembled shed kits?
No. Every building arrives fully assembled, with the exception of Build-on-Site orders.
Are locks included on doors?
Yes, every door comes with an installed lock.
Can delivery happen if my property is fenced in?
Please notify us in advance so we can plan accordingly. If your property is inaccessible to our trucks, our Build-on-Site option is available for an additional charge.
Who do I contact for delivery updates?
Your assigned delivery driver will contact you directly — their information is provided on your order confirmation.
Where can I file a warranty claim online?

Where can I purchase replacement keys or locks?
Call Old Hickory's manufacturer customer service line at (615) 890-8075. Replacement keys are $10 plus tax.
Where do I make payments for my purchase?
Rent-to-Own payments are made to the rental company. All other payments are made directly to our local dealership.
