Our Lofted Barns and Utility Sheds are the two building styles our customers choose most — and for good reason. Both are built on the same solid frame and backed by the same engineer certification, warranty, and free delivery, but each offers a distinct roofline, wall height, and loft option to match how you plan to use the space.

- Iconic barn-style roof
- Choice of Treated T1-11 or LP Smart Panel siding
- 6ft 3in standard inside wall height
- Up to 8ft of loft FREE — no credit given for subtracting it
- 8ft-wide buildings get a single barn door; 10ft and wider get double barn doors (excluding add-on packages)

Utility Sheds — What's Included
- 5/12 pitch gable roof
- T1-11 or LP Smart Panel siding
- 6ft 3in standard wall height, with a 7ft (81in) or 8ft (92in) wall height option
- 8ft-wide buildings get a single barn door; 10ft and wider get double barn doors (excluding add-on packages)

In-stock buildings typically deliver in 1–2 weeks. Custom orders typically take 4–6 weeks, weather permitting.
Where can I find shed color codes and custom colors?
Our standard colors are pulled from the Sherwin-Williams A100 base library. You can also browse and search custom colors using our online 3D Builder.
Does Lincoln County Buildings offer build-on-site?
Yes, build-on-site is available in many areas. The customer is responsible for paint, stain, or sealing after construction.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes. An active military ID is required, and the discount applies to new buildings only.
Is FREE delivery available for areas further than a 30-mile radius?
FREE delivery is only available within 30 miles of our Alamo lot (extended to 50 miles in some areas of the Southwest). Any distance beyond the free delivery radius is subject to an additional charge per mile.
