Every building ships with a standard 9-lite house door, complete with a lock. 8ft-wide buildings get a single barn door; 10ft and wider get double barn doors on most styles.
Standard single-pane windows bring in natural light. Upgrade to double-pane windows or add shutters for a custom look.
Lofted Barn styles include up to 8ft of loft storage at no extra charge — no credit given for subtracting it, either.
Choose Treated T1-11 siding or engineered LP Smart Panel siding, finished in any of our standard or custom paint colors.
The iconic barn-style roofline is available with a metal or shingle roof at the same price, in a wide range of standard and special-order colors.

In most areas, free delivery is available within 30 miles of our Alamo lot (extended to 50 miles in parts of the Southwest). No grading or foundation work is required — most buildings are set up on wood shims, included free.

In-stock buildings typically deliver in 1–2 weeks. Custom orders typically take 4–6 weeks, weather permitting.
Yes, build-on-site is available in many areas. The customer is responsible for paint, stain, or sealing after construction.
Yes. An active military ID is required, and the discount applies to new buildings only.
